Help Janet raise money

For participating in Virtual SCADaddle & Mayo SCAD@Home

My Story…

In 2011, at age 51, my healthy sister, Judy, experienced a sudden heart attack and did not survive. The cardiologist had no answers. We later discovered through an autopsy that she suffered a spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD), a cause of a heart attack that we had never heard of before. When the cardiologist could not answer even the most fundamental questions about SCAD, my sister's husband started SCAD Research, Inc. to raise money for the most promising research. We have raised a total of almost $1 Million dollars for research since we started in 2011. Most of our funds have gone to Mayo Clinic SCAD Research Program in Rochester, MN - the first institution to start research. SCADaddles are our major fundraisers. Due to COVID-19 this year we have had to postpone our 6 planned in-person SCADaddles and will have one Virtual SCADaddle instead. A donation of any amount to my fundraising page would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Jan
