Our story…
One of Karen Glugla's best friends, Judi Koskodan, bought this meaningful Heart Beats quilt (size 67X58") from quilter Chuck Blanchard. Judy doesn’t quilt, so she found someone who could. Together they created the perfect gift to donate for research and to honor Karen.
Judi wrote this about her connection to SCAD Research :
“I am related to SCAD research as a supporter of my dear friend Karen who has been a constant source of optimism and unconditional leadership both personal and professional.... and I am a women’s health advocate.
The quilts have been a favorite and successful part of the SCADaddles over the past several years. All proceeds go to raising funds for much needed Research. To donate $10.00 a chance or $20.00, $30.00 etc for as many times as you want a ticket to go in the "hat," select make a donation. Please list your full name. Donations will be taken until 10/31 and the winner will be announced the following week.
