Help us raise money

For participating in Virtual SCADaddle & Mayo SCAD@Home

Our story…

This beautiful quilt (size 76X62") was donated by survivor Karen Gugla's dear friend, Vicki Schram. Vicki's best friend and husband (Marie & Rick Ware) made it with love in honor of Karen, all SCAD survivors and angels. Their motivation was to help raise $ for much needed research and to spread awareness of SCAD.

Rick & Marie also enjoy making appliqué art quilts to display at quilting shows. Marie has been making quilts for 30 years and Rick started about 10 years ago. Their names are on one of the corners, along with the 2020 SCADaddle logo. The quilt is cotton and washable.

The quilts have been a favorite & succesful part of the SCADaddles over the past few years! To donate $10 a chance or $20, $30 etc for as many times as you want a ticket to go in the "hat," select make a donation. Please list your full name. Donations will be taken until 10/31 and the winner will be announced the following week.

Thank you so much for your support!
