I am forever thankful for the gift of life, my second chance at life…….The "Angels in Scrubs" - Maternal and Child nurses along with my OB physicians, Trauma surgeons, Anesthesiologists, the code blue and code crimson team, blood bank, Trauma ICU nurses at Chandler Regional Medical Center are among the many reasons why I am alive today. Their excellence and training are invaluable especially during life threatening emergencies and unforeseen complications related to maternal child birthing. Their compassion and care is exactly what a family needs as they welcome a new addition to the family. They share their personal joy and or deepest sympathies and treat their patients as their own family. Help me support the heroes at CRMC Maternal and Child team! The fund will be dedicated to supporting trainings and education of nursing staff, medical equipment and especially supporting the programs for mother and child care before, during and after delivery.

Description

Saving and enhancing lives by providing care to patients in need is something that inspires me every day. Like all of our local health care heroes, Dignity Health East Valley clinical staff continue to bravely serve our community by working on the frontline to provide compassionate care for all families who visit our hospitals.


Because of this, I am excited to participate in the Heroes in Health Care Community Run to raise funds to support important programs that benefit our caregivers.

 

I hope you can join me and get moving in your neighborhood, park, or treadmill. Although we cannot come together in person for the community run, we will not miss the opportunity to honor our brave health care heroes working on the frontline helping patients in desperate need!
