Run for BWIM

Are you ready to Run for BWIM?
On Saturday, August 29th you can walk the walk by joining the Odette School of Business MBA Society’s “Choose Your Own Challenge” style 5K fundraiser to benefit Black Women In Motion (BWIM).

BWIM is a charity focused on promoting the voices, experiences, and needs of Canadian Black womxn through improving educational and economic conditions via social programming and support.

Incredibly, 100% of proceeds from this event will go toward helping BWIM on their mission: to empower, celebrate, and support the advancement of Black womxn.

Here’s how you can join us in fundraising for this important cause:

• Put together a team of 2-9 people with an appointed captain and sign up on Race Roster
• Begin fundraising! The top two individuals and top team that raises the most will win exclusive prizes on race day!
• Choose Your Own Challenge — this means you can walk, bike, or run AND choose where you’d like to complete your 5k (that’s right, you can participate from anywhere in the world!)
• Tune in on Saturday, August 29th from 10:00am-12:00pm to complete your 5k and join in our giveaways! Be sure to share your photos and posts across social media by using #Run4BWIM!
