September 15 – 23, 2020

- Participants can register for 1 or more challenges and will have a peer-2-peer fundraising page
- Challenges are virtual and will be completed within the date range
- Every Participant will receive the official event t-shirt
- Participants who raise a minimum $75 will receive the event medal with the event t-shirt
- Law Enforcement participants will also receive the official Torch Run shirt
- Participants can create or join a team to combine fundraising efforts only
- Participants can use Runkeeper™ to submit official completion times or can submit manually on the Race Roster registration site

- Law Enforcement Torch Run programs participating in the Virtual Torch Run can join their peer-2-peer fundraising page to the local LETR team and all applicable incentives will apply
Law Enforcement Torch Run
We invite you or your law enforcement agency to join us for the LETR Challenge for Inclusion by walking, running, riding bikes, training on stationary home fitness equipment to keep the Flame of Hope burning for our Special Olympics athletes. We are asking for a commitment to run at least 1 mile on an on-your-honor system. This 1-mile run is in honor of our cadence run we do for our State Games Torch Run. You may also invite family and friends to participate in this virtual run.
Cost to participate is $30 and will include an event t-shirt and a finisher certificate. Our goal is to cover at 440 miles to signify the equivalent of the length of Tennessee. We encourage sharing photos of your efforts wearing your Law Enforcement Torch Run t-shirt showing your support of the Flame of Hope Virtual Torch Run.
The law enforcement agency that raises the most funds will receive bragging rights and a commemorative banner to be presented by an athlete ambassador. So together let us carry the torch virtually keeping Hope alive for our 18,000 Tennessee athletes and help us Rise Up Together.
