First Annual Connaughton Triathlon

Welcome to the first annual Connaughton Family Triathlon. This will be held in Dennis MA on Saturday, August 8th at 7am.

All participants are asked to meet at prior to the race. All bikes will be loaded into a vehicle and transported to the bike transition location which is the boat ramp for Scargo Lake. The event will start from Princess Beach as Scargo Lake. Participants will swim across Scargo Lake (.25mi) to the boat ramp. They will then transition into the bike portion of the race which will take them on a 9.7mi loop. The bike ride will end on West Wind Drive where participants will transition to their running gear and proceed onto a 3.4mi out and back run. Upon completion of the event there will be prizes and possibly pancakes (depending on the energy level of the participants to make pancakes).
