Girl Scouts Go Run for the Cookies
Break a sweat and work off Thanksgiving dinner with Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri!
We are excited to announce the race will go on virtually with the VR Girl Scouts Go Run for the Cookies Event. Participants will have the opportunity to complete their run or walk over a 2-week period from November 20-December 4, 2020. So, whether you run on a treadmill, jog around the neighborhood or walk around the block, our re-imagined Girl Scouts Go Run for the Cookies virtual event is a great way for the entire family to participate in Girl Scouts.
Join us in celebrating 9 years of our Girl Scouts Go Run for the Cookies event from the comfort of your home or a local outdoor trail! We'll be rooting for you! This event is presented by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.
The event features both 5K walk/run and 1-mile walk/run virtual option. Participants will receive a custom event shirt! All 5K & 1M will receive a commemorative, one-of-a-kind Girl Scout themed medal. A custom event patch is available for order during registration. After you run your race, submit your time to be entered into a random drawing for boxes of your favorite Girl Scout cookies. Three winners will be picked and cookies will be shipped to them. YUM!

How Does It Work?
- Registration | Registration is required to participate in the virtual event. Registration is open through November 28, 2020.
- Receive Your Packet | Shipping is available to all participants. Choose to have your packet mailed to you ($8) and your swag will arrive at your doorstep. Packets will be shipping out the week of November 30. If you did not select for your packet to be shipped to you, there will be a Packet Pick-up at Fleet Feet Des Peres on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 12:00 - 6:00pm.
- Complete Your Race | Between November 20 - December 4 participants can complete the route of your choice. Participants should obey all traffic signs and laws when completing these routes.
- Submit Your Results | Result submissions for Go Run for the Cookies Virtual Race open November 20th!
Packet Pickup
Packets can be picked up at the following times:
- 11/27 | 12:00pm - 6:00pm | Fleet Feet Des Peres
SWAG
- All registrants will receive a short sleeve t-shirt
- Participants registered by Oct 26 will be guaranteed the size they selected. All registrants afterwards are not guaranteed their size.
