My Sister's House Run for a Safe Haven has been a primary fundraiser for the past 17 years. Beginning in 2003 with only a few hundred runners, the Run for a Safe Haven has become an annual tradition for many living in the Central Valley. In 2019, over 1,000 registered runners raised over $65,000 for My Sister's House services and programs.
Thank you for joining us in "Working toward homes without violence and lives without fear." We are hoping to exceed last year's record and are looking forward to another wonderful event!

Enter one of our contests! Here's how:
For top race times upload your times on your race roster account
For best costume, pet costume, and best dressed ensemble/group
Option 1: Email your photos to Amanda Plasencia at amandapmsh@gmail.com or text them to (916) 207-9717.
Option 2: direct Message (DM) your photos to the My Sister’s House instagram account @my_sisters_house. Participants/followers of the MSH Instagram page will vote to choose the winners. We will announce winners on the Instagram page on Oct 31 after the live event.

As soon as you can! Registration is now open.
HOW DO I FIND OUT IF MY REGISTRATION WENT THROUGH?
You can confirm your registration on Race Roster by searching for your name or email address. You can also email Amanda at amandapmsh@gmail.com
DO I NEED MY REGISTRATION RECEIPT TO PICK UP MY SHIRT AND BIB?
No but it will make things easier!

Yes, you can pick up for other people if you have their registration information.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
There are no refunds.
FUNDRAISING
You can fundraise with your personal page! Friends and family can donate on your page and the amount raised will be attributed to you.
Checks can be made payable to “My Sister’s House.” Please mail in checks with your pledge form so they reach our office by Friday, October 30th – if you’d like them to be counted as part of the competition for the biggest fundraiser.

ARE THERE TEAM DISCOUNTS?
Yes. If you are on a team that has 10 or more members, the individual price is reduced to $30.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
This is an all age race.

CAN I WALK THE COURSE?
You design your course this year! Walk, run, bike, rollerblade, you decide!
