Runners Mindset program 2020 with Wander Project - empower your inspiration, motivation and connection!
As a runner, you may have entered one or more races in 2020, and at this moment have no certainty that your race is going to go ahead as planned. You are running, although your training is on a kind of hold until you have more news on when you goal race or races are taking place. You would like to be more motivated, and find it hard to maintain that all important consistency. You would like to feel again that spark that ignites your drive to excel and see what you are capable of. These present times are full of uncertainty, that naturally elevates anxiety levels for each of us, and can lead to increase in negative thinking.
Your training group has become virtual rather than the in person support system that you are used to. Running solo is fun when you choose to do that, however right now, that's all you have. You know this will end, you just have no idea when, and there no answers coming your way. You yearn to feel connected and motivated.
We understand all these factors - we are runners too. If any of the above sounds hauntingly familiar, our Runners Mindset program is here to help you!
This new program is designed to empower your running experience, switching your mindset to a positive focus, and helps you keep motivated and connected whatever challenges may be coming your way.
The Runners Mindset program contains 21 daily mindset activities that have been carefully designed to instill a positive mindset and set you up to keep motivated and connected! Each activity is accompanied by a short video that contains key tools and guidelines to help you complete the activity - we also provide a workbook that we recommend you use to record your experiences, thoughts, and feelings as you progress through the program - the workbook has become a life changing jouranl for many runners.

Active at Altitude is based in Estes Park, Colorado, USA, and are one of the leading providers of running retreats and camps for adult runners. Why a positive mindset?
Research has shown that pessimism ranks as the runners’ top mental roadblock. Negativity, whether it’s worry or doubt, often leads to self-defeating behaviors including slowing down, cutting a workout short, or dropping out of a race. Our program provides a 21 day positive mental training program for your training that will shift your mindset to empower your motivation and connection.
How is the program delivered?
You will receive your first e-mail the day after you register for the program. It contains an introductory video that sets up the program, and gives a little background to the rationale behind it. Then 2 days after you register, you will receive the first daily mindset activity by e-mail – your e-mail contains a video link that will explain the background and the details of your mindset activity. This process continues for 21 days to complete the program. Soon after you complete your program, you will receive a final e-mail with customized special offers and a survey link. We would be grateful if you can complete the survey and help us to keep improving our programs.
When does registration open?
Everyone that registers has access to the full 21 day program - it doesn't matter when you register.
How much does the program cost?
The cost of the program is $15 per runner. This includes full access to the complete program, as well as a downloadable workbook that you can print and use as a journal to record your thoughts, ideas, feelings, and breakthroughs as you progress with your program. $1 from each registration will be donated to Wander Project to help them engage with athletes and endurance racing events to support local communities through inspiring fundraising and service.
Sharing your experience
We also encourage you to share your positive experiences on the program with your fellow runners on the activacuity Facebook page.
