The Rotary Club of Ocean Springs is a dynamic organization which is composed of individuals representing many diverse occupations. Rotarians are committed to high ethical standards, the recognition of worthiness of all individuals and the promotion of the idea of service above self.
Proceeds from this event help the Rotary Club of Ocean Springs provide scholarships to Ocean Springs and St. Martin High School seniors as well as support other charitable causing. This includes "Warriors for Willow". Willow Cannan is the daughter of Amber Olsen who was the Rotary Club of Ocean Springs President for 2015 - 2016. Willow was diagnosed with Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency, an extremely rare disease. Proceeds will help create the first ever clinical trial to save children with MSD. The 1 Mile Kid's Run begins at 6:15pm and is followed by the 5K run at 7:00pm. The 5K course is a straight, flat and fast USATF certified course. MS15010MS.
Performance t-shirts for all 5K Run registrants. Participants of the 1 Mile Kid's Run will receive a cotton t-shirt.
Feeling fancy? Come dressed for the Costume Contest presented by Margaritaville Resort Biloxi.
