Join us in our 31 Day Challenge in using the month of October to make a conscious effort to recommit to a positive mindset each day. It doesn't have to be perfect or look a certain way, but we invite you to make it intentional. The Challenge goes from Oct. 1st- Oct. 31st
Step 1: Register and choose your goal: 31 Workouts, 31 Miles, 100 Miles
Step 2: Receive instructions to learn how to set up your free PWR Lab account
Step 3: On Oct. 1st jump into your challenge. Using the PWR Lab account and Sib branded platform, you will be able to digitally check off your progress . As you complete your miles or movement that section or bar will light up until your whole chart is shining bright!
Step 4: Receive your swag on your doorstep: Mug, journal, and sweet sticker.
Step 5: Join us for weekly challenges to keep you engaged and on track. Let's move together in a way that feels good through the 31 days of October and see where it takes us.
