My Story…
This is my fifth year supporting Yours Humanly's Break A Sweat for Education 5K event. Due to the extraordinary circumstances in 2020, we are running this race as a virtual race. I support this organization because of the amazing work the organization does locally and internationally.
Over the last year, Yours Humanly has supported schools in the following ways:
Funds to rebuild Paradise Elementary in Paradise, California
Art supplies for 367 students at Wren Elementary in Concord, California
30 Chromebooks for students in the Mount Diablo School District
Reconstruction and rebuilding of schools in West Bengal, India
These are just a few projects the organization has completed.
If you are in a position to give, no amount is too small. Many children are learning in a socially distant way. Bridging the technology gap is a critical part in ensuring children have access to the tools and resources to be successful. Your generosity will support Yours Humanly's mission -- to transform the lives of children in need around the world by providing access to quality education and equitable resources.
