Calgary Virtual Heartbeat Run

• Your entry fee is split. $35 for the race entry and $10 for our charity.
• 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
• An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration
• Online registration will close at 10am (MST) on Friday, September 15th, 2020.
• All merchandise will be made available for pickup after the event. Details will be emailed to participants with specifics. Any merchandise that is requested to be mailed will be charged shipping and handling.
• Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
• Registration will close when the participant capacity is reached.
• All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event. This also applies to a participant with an injury or illness. Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
• All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
• The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
