Print your super special start number when you receive your confirmation email, put on a good pair of shoes, dress for the occasion and get out there. Upload pictures on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) and use the hashtag #ImWithCharlie for the chance to win in our random draw on October 10, 2020. More details below.

If you are interested, there are many apps you can use to craft your own route ahead of time or start recording when you begin. RunKeeper works together with Race Roster and if you wish you can upload your completed run or walk with it:

We have set up a results page where you can upload your result including a picture as an option.

Here's how it will work:

• Register at the link on this page. Registration is free but you can donate to help re-elect Charlie!
• Plan your route.
• Print out your race bib. If you don't have a printer feel free to make your own race bib.
• Get out there and run/ walk/ move!
• Share your walk or run with a visual (photo or video) on social media of you with your race bib! Either on Facebook or Instagram. Use the hashtag #ImWithCharlie
• Invite family/friends/foes to participate in the challenge
• Wait for our random draw of all registrations on October 10
• We will contact all winners on October 11
• Pick up an amazing prize at Brainsport with your name on it
