The 2020 5km Road Race will be held in Kamloops following all the Covid 19 Safety Protocols.
This event will be held on the Kamloops Rivers Trail Paved Pathway and will be a 5km race. The Race will be on Sunday October 18th. You will choose your start time from the options available. You will then be invoiced once we are closer to the Race Date. Your invoice has to be paid before the race weekend. There will be 4 spots available per start time and start times will be 2 minutes apart.
This race is open to anyone and for all abilities. If you are looking for some competitive action the top 3 Men and top 3 Women finishers from each round of heats will be invited back to race in the finals at 3pm in the afternoon.
This event includes a goody bag of race snacks, a race t-shirt, a sticker or custom button and prizing for the 20 runners who make the finals and cash prizing for the top 3 men and top 3 women from the 3pm finals!
START TIMES
Starting at 8am - 8:18am, 9:30am -9:48am and 11:00am - 11:18am so every 2 minutes from 8am to 11:18am (With breaks each hour to allow for cleaning and sanitizing.)
Registration Cap
This event will be capped at 4 participants per start time. This event needs a minimum of 40 people signed up by Oct 9th to go ahead.
