South Asheville Turkey Trot 5k shirt (free through Nov. 8th at midnight for in-person participants), a super cool, spinny medal, a flat and fast, scenic course and a chip-timed, professionally timed race! Not able to join us this year? Don't fret, we have a Virtual 5k option. Get the goodies and burn off the turkey on your own! Keep the Thanksgiving 5k tradition alive!
In-Person is sold out, but the Virtual Option is still available!
If you're bummed about missing the in-person event this year, consider joining us for the virtual event! We'll leave the course markings up for all of Thursday (after 12:00 pm) AND Friday, so you'll still have plenty of time to run on your own on a marked course. You can keep track of your own time and submit it online. If you are from out of town or want to run somewhere else, you can run on your own, wherever you run and whenever you want and still be part of the holiday tradition. Also, you'll have your shirt and medal mailed to you after Thanksgiving!
PLEASE NOTE: You CANNOT run on the official 5k course while the in-person event is taking place. For that reason, virtual participants who want to use the course must wait until 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 26th to do so.
