On Saturday, October 24, 1:30 pm, we are heading back to one of our favourite spots, Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site's Hemlocks and Hardwoods Trail; an interpretative trail that winds its way 5kms through the province's oldest growth and most enchanting forest. Giant Hemlocks, Ash, and White Pine line the trail like walking through a procession of columns.
We will be meeting at the Big Dam parking lot to start our journey.
Participant Limit: 25 persons
If this event is full you can email nbarteaux@annapoliscounty.ca to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if a space becomes available.

Covid-19 Regulations:
During these times we must be diligent of our surroundings and be sure to following the guidelines set before us by the Province. As you will notice, we have limited the number of participants this year and informed everyone that registration is required. I will keep a waiting list in case someone cannot make the event and a spot opens up.
As you register, you will also notice an additional disclaimer this year that speaks to the pandemic. We will ask that you bring your covid-19 kit (mask and hand sanitizer). There will be some on-site, as well. Also, during the event we ask that you do your best to maintain physical distancing and respect one another's space.
Yes, the pandemic has altered our "normal" but it isn't going to stop us from being outside and enjoying all the beauty that we are so fortunate to have around us. We just have to remember to follow the guidelines, respect others, and be safe.
