Thanksgiving Day is the most popular race day in America. It's the perfect day to come together to benefit ourselves, our families, and our communities. Start a new Thanksgiving tradition by running or walking in your local, family-friendly Turkey Trot STL 5K. An active morning will help balance the afternoon's calorie intake and your participation will benefit those less fortunate by supporting local food pantries.

Join us for an in-person race in St. Charles at the Family Arena. The in-person event is limited to 500 participants, in waves of 50 participants every 5 minutes.

Swag
Turkey Trot STL registrants can choose between a custom BOCO pom beanies or $10 Fleet Feet gift card. Registrants also have the option to add-on soft cotton long-sleeve tee for $15. Available in YM-2XL. Register by November 15th to guarantee your swag of choice.
Packet Pickup & Shipping Information
ST. CHARLES - In-person participants can choose to have their packet shipped to them for an additional fee, or pick their packet and those of any friends and family members at of the following packet pickups:
Tue, 11/24 | 2pm-6pm | Fleet Feet St. Charles
Wed, 11/25 | 10am-7pm | Fleet Feet St. Charles
VIRTUAL - All Virtual 5K participants will have packets shipped to them. Must register by 11/16 to guarantee receipt of your packet prior to race day.
Race Results
ST. CHARLES - All in-person participants who provide a cell phone number during registration will receive their results via text message shortly after crossing the finish line. Results will also be sent via email at the completion of the event.
VIRTUAL - Virtual participants can submit their times anytime between Wednesday, November 25 thru Sunday, November 29th. Instructions on how to record and submit your times will be emailed to all virtual participants race week or can be found here.
Course
The Turkey Trot STL 5K course in St. Charles is flat, fast, and friendly. Its out-and-back section will allow participants to see and cheer their fellow athletes. The course is certified for distance accuracy by USA Track & Field (MO15025LJ). Wheelchair athletes are welcomed to compete at our St. Charles, Children in courteously-driven strollers are welcome. Dogs are not permitted on the course.
