Join us to "Rock Your Socks" and support the Liberty Eagles!
The Liberty P.E. Department is hosting the inaugural Rock Your Socks 5K and 1 Mile Run - Virtually! Run your run anytime between December 5th and December 12th anywhere you want. The race is open to high school students and all of the community.
Participants can participate anytime and anywhere during the week of the run using a GPS watch or other run tracking device and submitting their times. Or you can run just for fun and share pictures of smiling faces rockin and rollin with fun socks.
The P.E. Department's goal is to encourage lifelong healthy habits and provide students with the necessary tools to carry out any fitness or wellness goals. Theme Rock Your Socks! Have fun coordinating with your friends and family as superheroes, Disney characters, personality types, favorite quotes, favorite colors, Holiday theme, or just an individual expression of you! We want to see your smiling faces crossing that finish line and showing off your groups great sock ideas.

Shirt & Packet Distribution
Packets will be shipped directly to participants! Packet includes shirt designed by Liberty students, race bib, and other swag. No waiting in lines or driving to out of the way locations!
Register by Sunday, November 22nd to get your race packet before race week. All registrants after 11/22 will receive their packets after race week, but can still complete their run and submit their times.
Awards
Top Male and Female in the 5K will win prizes from local vendors! Students who beat Coach Hall will win a special prize. The athletic team with the most participants wins a one hour session at Emerge Fitness Athletic Training Facility.
