Camino Al Sol Virtual Run Walk

On Saturday, December 12th, we cordially invite you to join us for a 5K or 10K virtual run / walk, or a 15 mile bike ride to benefit Camino Al Sol, and the construction of our new retreat center, Camino Al Sol Finca Yaogara.

Run with anyone, with mom, with your best friend, with your closest companions, but run. We are more than a race.

Why do we run? We strengthen the heart like laughing with friends; we tone our muscles like hugging mom, but most importantly we are happy.

Our goal as a group is to raise $ 10,000 for this organization, which seeks through its work to protect the wisdom, ancestral knowledge, culture, and spiritual heritage of traditional medicine and sacred plants. Camino Al Sol has recently begun to build a spiritual retreat center and a botanical garden of medicinal plants in a territory in the mountains of Colombia, to continue the mission of preserving this knowledge and these teachings.

You can walk, run, or ride your bike on your favorite trail, treadmill, or stationary bike. Simply register your participation, choosing an event below, and submit a screenshot of your complete results using the exercise app of your choice (i.e. Garmin, Samsung Health, Apple Workout, Peloton, etc.) at the end of the day.
