Join us on Saturday, December 5th at 8:00 start time for the annual Fred Walker Memorial Jingle Bells 5K and 1 mile fun run. Run, walk or roll with us at Coast Cares Foundation as we raise funds for our scholarship program. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, registration, at this time, is limited to 100 people. Masks will be required before and after the race.
Our 5K course is a flat, out and back route starting on 4th Street near the Long Beach Town Green on Jeff Davis. There is ample free parking. Pre-registration is required until we meet our limit. ALL CRITERIA ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY ISSUE NEW GUIDELINES. Strollers welcome. Pets welcome. Costume contest. The Long Beach High School Baseball Team will be collecting items for Toys for Tots. T-shirts for all registrants. Medals/trophies for those who place overall and in age groups. Free 1-mile fun run for the kids immediately following the 5K.
