1. Run or Walk 5K (1 point) BONUS: run or walk with red on (1point).

2. 9am is your deadline, run or walk 3K before 9am (2 points) BONUS: run or walk in a Christmas outfit

Few notes:

1. Challenge is based on points and bonus points
2. Facebook page (Reindeer Romp Virtual FUN Challenge) for participation each day – daily prizes will be handed out, everyone that participates that day is eligible
3. A score card will be sent to each participant to keep track of their points
4. 2 GRAND PRIZES:
   1. GRAND ROMP PRIZE $500 GC – must accumulate at least 32 of the 37 points available. Everyone that qualifies their name will go into a draw
   2. MINI ROMP GRAND PRIZE $100 GC: run or walk 33K over the 12 days. Everyone that qualifies their name will go into a draw
   3. NOTE: ** Participants will only qualify for one or the other GRAND PRIZES
   4. NOTE: ** ALL participants that finish the daily challenges will be entered for the daily prizes
   5. RUNNING or WALKING – INSIDE or OUTSIDE – everything goes for this Challenge. Let’s have FUN and stay MOVING!

On Sunday November 28th you will emailed the Reindeer Romp Challenges so you can plan out your 12 days. Please join the Facebook page prior to November 28th so you do not miss out on anything!!

FOOD BANK!!! - one of our visions and goals of the Triple Terrain Trail Trekkers is to give back! To help out! To support! Community not for profits! When we can! The Reindeer Romp always gives to the Grande Prairie Food Bank every December. So in keeping with tradition.........$10 for every registration will be donated to the GP Food Bank!

FILL THE FRIDGE is also BACK. Looking at little different this year. The Fridge will be on location at the Starbucks on 68th Avenue from November 30 to December 12th. Please help us FILL THE FRIDGE! Stop by during Starbuck hours and help us fill it up!

NOTE: NO Refunds ~~ ALL FUNDS from participants not participating will go directly to the Food Bank.
