For 44 years Cohasset Road Race by the Sea has been a spring tradition.
Last year we were one of the first to cancel and this year, we are still committed to safety - with options to keep you running!
You can run our scenic course—or any 6.2 miles that makes you happy, no matter where you live, and you have a month to do it!
This springtime tradition is one of Cohasset Rotary Club’s most important fundraisers. Through the net proceeds of registration, and the generosity of our sponsors, our goal is to continue to “raise money to give it away.”
This year, however, we made the decision to NOT reach out to our local sponsors for financial support. The businesses who support us are all local, and give to us without fail, year after year. Instead of asking for their help this year, we’d just like to say THANK YOU for decades of friendship, and “we’re with you for the long run!” This means that your registration dollars are more important than ever!
Race weekend is our favorite weekend of the year and we miss the traditional gathering of runners, walkers, volunteers and sponsors. We are excited to celebrate with you in this newly-designed hybrid model as we collectively keep pace in preserving this coveted tradition.
We hope you'll consider running or walking 6.2 miles in April/early May, no matter where you live, and help support Cohasset Rotary Club.
We WILL see all of your beautiful faces in 2022!

Please note that we do not issue refunds for Cohasset Road Race by the Sea.

Fran Coffey Memorial Fun Walk
The Fran Coffey Memorial Fun Walk is named after friend of Cohasset Rotary, Fran Coffey. This event is not timed and is meant to be a time for friends and family to get together and walk our beautiful course while raising money for Cohasset Rotary Club.

This virtual race means 6.2 miles wherever you are, whether it's Cohasset, Massachusetts or Cohassett Beach Washington (yes, spelled with an extra "t"). Here's our traditional course map. Please use caution when running on our route (or wherever you are). We want you to be safe and have fun.
