2021 FROZEN4

Join us on January 2, 2021 for the FROZEN4 Mile Run and 2 Mile Walk

at Ephram White Park - 885 Mt. Olivet Road, Bowling Green

FROZEN4 will be run at the following times with only 50 participants per each time slot:

8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm (Central Time)

FROZEN4 / COVID-19 Safety Plan:

• Waves of 50 participants will start at the time slots listed above.
• Participants will remain in their vehicles until 5 minutes prior to their designated start time.
• Warm-ups must be run in the center of the park and must be solo unless with a family member.
• After completion of the race, participants will be directed down the finish chute where they will turn in their placement card, receive their goodie bag and then routed to the parking lot so they can return to their vehicle.
• Cool down runs must be done within the center of the park and not on the race trail.
• We will not have an awards ceremony and the winners will be determined by the fastest times from all the waves.
• Winners will be notified via email and will be posted on social media.
• Masks must be worn by all spectators and volunteers on the course when social distancing is not an option.

Upon entry into the event, all spectators and participants will be subject to temperature checks and monitoring of COVID-19 symptoms and must complete an attendance form.

Can't make it on race day? Register for the VIRTUAL and run/walk at your convenience!

Registration will close on December 29, 2020.

Anyone that registers AFTER December 17th will have to wait to pick up their hoodie when the second order arrives, which will be the end of January.

All proceeds will go to Damarie Lyons, a junior at North Hardin High School.

Damarie, a wide receiver for the football team, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in October.

The FROZEN4 is the 2nd race of the Winter Sprinter Race Series
