The Food Bank of Delaware will have donation bins at Autumn Arch
Some most-needed items include:

· Canned meats like tuna fish
· Spaghetti sauce (not in glass jars)
· Boxed dinner meals
· Canned hearty soups

Sunday, Dec. 19th - No Yoga, Jingle Mingle 5K, sign up to run/walk at Races2Run. I am also raffling off two remaining Autumn Arch yoga mats. Included with each mat is a gift card and glass from Autumn Arch. Proceeds from the race and the raffle go to the Food Bank of Delaware. Raffle tickets 2 for $5 or 5 for $10
Awards
-$25 gift cards to Autumn Arch for overall male and overall female
-Masters male and female winners
-Top 3 in ten year age groups 13 under to 70 over
-Top 3 male female walkers
-Wear your Santa Jingle Mingle costumes for special awards.
-Top 3 two person teams win awards. Scoring by combined times.
