3Strands Global was founded to protect and empower our children and those at risk. The Break Free Run started it all. We run to END human trafficking!

We are naming this year's Break Free Run the "FlexRun" because you can participate from anywhere in the world and run, walk, bike, swim, dance, or sit on your couch in your race t-shirt! The event will take place Friday, April 9th - Sunday, April 11th. You can participate anytime within that weekend and then submit your time and photos to become eligible to win prizes and awards!

When you register, 100% of your registration cost goes to 3SGF’s prevention education and reintegration programs, which have educated an estimated 500,000 students and served over 300 survivors and at-risk individuals in Sacramento.

Please note that registrations processed from now through the final event date (April 11th) will not include a race t-shirt. Due to production time, we have already passed the t-shirt order date. Thank you for your understanding.
