Short easy run on dirt road with some puddles to avoid, easy beginner terrain to begin to practice

RAILBED RUN

Park at bottom of Pleasant Street
30- 45 minutes with quick intro and stops to discuss
Easy beginner terrain with one tiny stretch of technical
Couple kilometres on rail bed, some puddles to avoid, one short rocky steep path

50/50 - WOODS ROADS AND SINGLE TRACK

Trail head parking is at 859 Culloden Road
40 minutes – an hour
More challenging terrain, nothing too steep or super technical with lots of stops to prepare and reflect.
More rolling hills, narrower roads, some obstacles to stop and walk over, then onto single track with some rocks, roots and wet spots

LAKE LOOP – DANCING ON SINGLE TRACK

With lots of stops to prepare and reflect
A full night of dancing on single track
Mostly flat but with some rocky, rooty and wet stretches

5 week training clinics running once a week leading up to the Lily Lake Lollygag Trail Run! The Lily Lake Lollygag is 2 KM, 5 (ish) KM and 10 (ish) KM run through the beautiful Vantassel Lake trail system passing through peaceful lake frontage and forest before ascending to the summit. The Beginner and Youth (12 & under) Run starts at 9 AM. Followed by the 5 and 10 KM routes at 9:45 AM
