My Story…

My name is Chase and I am 12 years old, I am raising money for the Concussion Legacy Foundation under Team Notre Dame to honor my dad Mark Green #24 (former running back and captain of the Notre Dame 88’ football National Championship team) for the Concussion Legacy Foundation, who is leading the fight against concussions and CTE.
