Team Transplant

The University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC) Team Transplant provides a life-changing wellness program for transplant recipients and their support team through regular exercise, healthy eating and community support, and promotes organ donation awareness. Team Transplant is a program that champions health, fitness, recovery and ongoing support for transplant patients and organ donors, raises awareness for organ donation, and brings patients together to support one another. This fund underwrites Team Transplant’s work by funding training costs, race registration fees and patient-support events.
