My Story…
I will be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year in support of Yoga Neighborhood, a wonderful grassroots 501©3 non-profit agency which provides yoga to people on Cape Cod from all walks of life. Thank you to everyone who has so generously supported our run and Yoga Neighborhood in the past!
Yoga Neighborhood offers free, donation based, trauma sensitive yoga classes to everyone, regardless of their age, income, or fitness level, working closely with local organizations such as the HYCC, Housing Assistance Corp, Angel House, St Joseph Shelter, Veterans' Services, and the Mashpee Senior Center to name a few.
Our Yoga Neighborhood team of 9 runners has a goal of raising at least $8,000 this year. Please consider making a donation to support our run and the important work done by Yoga Neighborhood on Cape Cod. No donation is too small!
Please join us for beach yoga 7:30am Sundays at Loop Beach in Cotuit and 5:30pm Thursdays at Craigville Beach in Centerville
