Hi everyone! I’m excited to announce that I got accepted to run the Falmouth Road Race this year! I joined an amazing organization, Team Homes for Our Troops, who raise money for disabled veterans. As many of you know my brother/hero is an active duty Marine serving overseas. These brave men and women put their lives on the line everyday for our freedom. Many return home safe, some sadly make the ultimate sacrifice, and others come home with life altering injuries. These heroes set off to serve our country and I feel they deserve a home catered to their individual needs and disabilities. Please help me reach my fundraising goal of $500. Thank you! 🇺🇸
Description
HFOT Mission: To build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured Post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 cents out of every dollar spent has gone directly to our program services for Veterans. HFOT builds these homes where the Veteran chooses to live, and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery to assist them with rebuilding their lives.
