This will be the third year participating in the Falmouth Road race with Old Colony Hospice as my Charity organization. I have been with OCH for 17 years and I am still passionate about making sure those at the end of life have a peaceful dignified death in the location they wish. I am in awe of the clinical team as they selflessly venture out into the community to care for our patients even in the face of the unknown. Please help me reach my fundraising goal that goes directly to patient care needs. Thank-you!
