My Story…
Mental health is something super important to me, as I have had my struggles with anxiety and depression as have many of my loved ones. I will be running in honor of those struggling and those who have struggled. Please know that you are never alone, and do not hesitate to reach out for help. Any donation is appreciated. We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
