My Story…

Doing it again for Team Marisa's Mission!

Do I love running 7 miles? I do not. 

But do I love raising money for an organization that means the world to me? I SURE DO! 

Like many nonprofit organizations, Marisa's Mission has been deeply impacted by the pandemic, particularly because we've had to miss our largest in-person fundraisers for two years in a row. But the people we serve - individuals and families grappling with cancer - need us more than ever. So I'm going to lace up and crush my 10 minute miles on August 15 in memory of my dear friend Marisa (who shared my love-hate relationship with running).
