My Story…
Hi Friends & Family,
I am running the Falmouth Road Race supporting an organization close to my heart, The Mental Health Collaborative.
MHC was founded with the mission to improve Mental Health Literacy in communities - empowering students, parents, and teachers with curriculum accessible to everyone. Their goal is to educate, bring awareness, and de-stigmatize mental health.
I encourage everyone to learn more about MHC, and would love and appreciate any support you can show as I undertake this race!
As we get closer to the race and my weekend training runs ramps up, I've realized how much I value the donations and support from my friends and family for this cause. Thinking of you helps me put one foot in front of the other for my longer runs, and it's you all that I'll be thinking about as I battle through the final miles of the race!

Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
