Our story…
Hello!! My name is Julie Kastner and this will be my second year running (first time in person!!) and representing Signature Medical Group’s Falmouth road race team “Bringing Boston to Brockton”
There are so many warriors in our community fighting the battle of their lives. One of the biggest barriers to cancer treatment is accessibility and affordability.
Team Bringing Boston to Brockton goal is to raise awareness and funds for the cancer patients at Signature Healthcare’s Greene Cancer Center which provides quality cancer care to these warriors right in our local community. This type of close to home treatment helps reduce the burden of traveling into Boston for their care.
Raising funds and participating in the Falmouth Road Race will allow us to make a difference to those brave patients and their family members who are caring for their loved ones.
Cancer touches the lives of so many.
We are running for the brave patients who are going through treatment, to celebrate the survivors, and to carry the memory of those we have lost.
