My Story…
I have been wanting to do this for quite sometime but life has away of getting in my way:) My family has experienced many challenges when it comes to Mental health and it has opened up my eyes. I have seen a dramatic change in them by shining the light on it. It is everywhere and if given the right tools we all can help the ones who are struggling. I am extremely excited to raise money for this organization so they can help educate others on how to help themselves, family or loved ones.

We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
