I will be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year in honor of the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Foundation. As many of you know , my running started because of Nick . I will forever be grateful for the sacrifice he and his family have made for my freedoms . ALL gave some , some gave ALL. Donations to this foundation will be used to support military families, wounded warriors , scholarships and many other programs benefiting those who serve or have served . Thank you for considering.
