This year, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for the Cape and Islands Suicide Prevention Coalition. I was personally impacted by suicide when my mother took her life 14 years ago after losing a hard-fought battle with depression. My hope for this fundraiser is that it will help those struggling with their mental health or thoughts of suicide. Please consider donating, every contribution matters.
