Dear Family and Friends,
I am thrilled to announce that I will be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of breast cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital.
It is my honor to run as a member of this incredible team, created by the inspiring Suzanne Sarafin. Suzanne has led our Falmouth team since 2015, and she is committed to making a difference in the lives of those who face a diagnosis of breast cancer.
All funds raised will support research on lymphedema, which is painful swelling of the arm caused by removal of lymph nodes during surgery for breast cancer. This research is led by my colleague, Dr Alphonse Taghian. By donating to this cause, you are making in important difference in the lives of individuals who undergo treatment for breast cancer.
