It's Roadrace Weekend! Por favor, help me run faster!

It's mid-June. Please give for the sake of my training impetus for the 49th annual ASICS Falmouth Road Race, one of America's premier running events, set for Sunday, Aug. 15.
It's a 7-mi. course from Woods Hole to Falmouth, MA with 8,000 runners. The first 3 miles is a narrow road past Nobska Light and through winding, wooded hills; the last 4 are mostly flat along Surf Drive, except for the up-and-over-hill finish rounding Vineyard Sound & down to the finish line, conveniently located between the Casino by the Sea and the British Beer Co.
All proceeds benefit the Cape Cod Times Needy Fund. Please give! No crybabies!

Description
The Cape Cod Times Needy Fund, Inc. has been helping local residents since 1936. Our mission is to provide urgent financial assistance for basic human needs such as housing, food, medical needs, transportation and heat, to individuals and families residing on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket who are experiencing temporary financial hardships. Most of the money raised comes from Cape Cod individuals, families, businesses, clubs, civic organizations, schools and faith communities - "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" is what the Needy Fund is all about.
