My Story…
Hey, it's Tony. I'm on a mission again to run and raise money for the Cape Cod Times Needy Fund. Any donation is welcomed for this great cause that continues to serve people in need through the high season and through the rest of the year too when the crowds depart and the weather turns cold. What makes this year special is that with a smaller number of people than usual running in person, I'll be back in Falmouth along with Needy Fund teammates after we all had to participate in runs at home last year due to Covid-19. I hope you'll support me and my teammates in this effort by making a donation. If anything, after more than a year of lockdowns people need help even more.
Description
The Cape Cod Times Needy Fund, Inc. has been helping local residents since 1936. Our mission is to provide urgent financial assistance for basic human needs such as housing, food, medical needs, transportation and heat, to individuals and families residing on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket who are experiencing temporary financial hardships. Most of the money raised comes from Cape Cod individuals, families, businesses, clubs, civic organizations, schools and faith communities - "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" is what the Needy Fund is all about.
