My Story…
My name is Kyle Medici and I'm running the 2021 ASICS Falmouth Road Race with the Team Joslin Diabetes Center. I'm proud to run and fundraise money to support the current care of patients with diabetes and the ongoing research to find a cure.
My brother Kory was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes at the age of 2 so I've seen first hand the hardship and strength it takes for a person to live day to day with diabetes. I could never imagine going through what he or other diabetics go through on a day to day basis, but I know how important the help and support from others is to make things just a little bit easier.
I'm hoping that raising $2,000 can be a small step towards making the lives of diabetics that much easier and contributing to the goal of eventually finding a cure.
