My Story…
Hello FB friends, I'm running this year's Falmouth Road Race to help raise money for Calmer Choice. Calmer Choice is a nonprofit organization serving children and adults throughout the Cape and Southeastern Massachusetts. Their mission is cultivating awareness, living mindfully, and enhacing resilence. Their programs teach how to effectively and safely manage stress and resolve conflict through evidence-based mindfulness programs.
