My Story…
Dear friends and family,
Please consider supporting my fundraising efforts for Yoga Neighborhood as I run the 7 mile Falmouth Road Race on August 15th. I lived in Falmouth for 7 years and am grateful to be able to help support a really wonderful local non profit, Yoga Neighborhood, which seeks to bring yoga to people and groups who may otherwise not have access.
Both running and yoga are integral to my own well being helping me be the best version of myself and it brings me absolute joy to share this with others.
