I am so proud to be supporting this wonderful cause - HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS !
As many of you know - my bother Jeff - Major General John J. DeGoes, MD is the CURRENT Deputy Surgeon General of the US Air Force. He is a real life hero in my eyes and he has proudly and passionately served his country and led countless courageous men and women in the USAF for the past 25+ years. I can think of no better way to show our gratitude than to give them the opportunity to own homes for themselves and their families. Collectively - each of our small donations becomes a massive contribution to their well-deserved independence and their futures. Description
HFOT Mission: To build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured Post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives. Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 cents out of every dollar spent has gone directly to our program services for Veterans. HFOT builds these homes where the Veteran chooses to live, and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery to assist them with rebuilding their lives.
