May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Join me in supporting CMHA this year, when mental health seems to be more important than ever. I'll be riding 147km and fundraising through the month of May for this important publicly-funded, not for profit organization. I'm grateful for the support they have provided to close family and friends.
