The Toronto Women’s 416 Run Challenge is here!
This is a virtual running/walking event that encourages women to set their own pace and complete a 416 kilometre journey on your own, with training partners or as part of our virtual community.
The goal of the Toronto Women’s 416 Run Challenge is to run or walk 416 km between now and July 31, 2021. You’ll stay active and you’ll receive an amazing welcome kit and collect some awesome bling as you hit various milestones along the way.
We’ve designed this virtual event to make it fun and challenging for anyone - newbies or experienced road warriors. Want to log between 15 to 25 km each week? You’ll finish the 416 Run Challenge in about 4 – 6 months. You want to stretch it out longer? That’s great too! Pick the pace that works best, run or walk, indoors on the treadmill or outside on the roads or along the trails. Invite your friends, family, training partners to be a part of the 416 Run Challenge with you or go solo. Your race is personal.
