So... I AM OFFICIALLY 50 years young and thought to myself, what can I do this year to make a statement?

This is what I am going to do, as usual, I will be running for "Lung Cancer Canada". If you know me - then you'll know why! Mark Deschamp is still an inspiration to me to challenge myself - especially in my running! Doing it again for Superman!

I can not forget Angela's Uncle Dom as well - even though we met later on in his life - he was a family man to the Arecchi family. You will always be in our thoughts and prayers! 

Special thoughts to Manon Van Der Horden who won over this cancer! Much love!

SO! I am putting myself out there at the last weekend of May... in a virtual 50KM run! (Lumberjack Plus combines the Ottawa 2K, Ottawa 5K, and Ottawa 10K, and caps it off with the Ottawa 50K Ultra for a whopping 67 km!)  

Yes, I said - 50KM run for Charity.
